About Henri
Everyday support.
Connection by choice.
Henri was created to make everyday life a little easier for aging adults and the people who care about them. It is a family care app for older adults and the people they trust.
Simple voice and photo help, reminders and check-ins support day-to-day routines. With the user’s permission, shared updates help chosen family members stay involved.
What Henri is
A helping hand for everyday life, built around the person using it.
- A companion for everyday questionsAsk by voice or choose a photo when something needs explaining. Henri offers simple, friendly help throughout the day.
- Support for familiar routinesMedication reminders, appointments and daily check-ins can help keep the day organized.
- A way to stay connectedWith permission, chosen family members can receive context from activity shared through Henri.
- A tool that supports independenceHenri is designed to help older adults manage their day with greater confidence and stay involved in decisions about their support.
- Context for a conversationChanges in recorded reminder responses or check-ins may be worth discussing. They are clues to follow up on, not conclusions about someone’s health.
What Henri isn’t
Henri provides additional everyday support. People and professionals remain essential.
- A doctor, nurse, therapist or pharmacistHenri does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a doctor, nurse, therapist or pharmacist.
- An emergency serviceHenri is not 911 or an emergency response system. If someone needs immediate help, contact emergency services directly.
- A replacement for a caregiverHenri does not replace professional caregivers, personal support workers, family supervision or any level of care a person needs.
- A medical monitoring systemHenri does not continuously monitor health or guarantee detection of a fall, medical problem, missed medication, unusual behaviour or other concern. An acknowledged reminder does not verify that medication was taken.
- A guarantee that every change will be noticedHenri may miss important changes. Use it as an additional source of support alongside personal contact and existing care arrangements, rather than the only way concerns are identified.
A quiet or steady summary does not confirm that someone is safe.
Henri is there to support everyday life, connection and independence — not to replace the people and professionals who keep us safe and well.
Start with a conversation.
Talk together about which routines would benefit from support and what information your loved one is comfortable sharing.
Before choosing Henri, ask for a walkthrough of who can see shared information and how permissions are managed, including how to stop sharing.
An app on a familiar phone
The phones shown in our photos illustrate Henri in everyday use. Henri is an app, not an emergency pendant. Home Mode makes reminders easy to see while the phone is docked.
